September 2015 - Future

STUDY LEADER, FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF EVANSTON

Creates discussion questions for and leads weekly meetings between students, community members, and guests of the Warming Center during Fall, Winter, and Spring. We meet outside during the Summer.

November 2018 - Future

JUDGE OF ELECTION, CHICAGO BOARD OF ELECTIONS

Facilitates and oversees voting stations on election days, counts and handles ballots, sets up and returns equipment and ballot boxes. Applied and accepted to work 2020 Presidential Election, however, not needed due to high turnout. Plan to participate in future elections as needed.

SOUP KITCHEN VOLUNTEER, FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF EVANSTON

Prepares, set-ups, serves, and cleans up after weekly dinners held every Tuesday evening. Organizes donations.

STUDENT COORDINATOR, NORTHWESTERN CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT'S ANNUAL HALLOWEEN SHOW

Assists Lecture Demonstrator, Eberhard E. Zwergel, soon to retire, in organizing and putting on an Halloween show for the Chemistry Department.

ALUMNI RELATIONS STUDENT LEADER, NORTHWESTERN CAREER ADVANCEMENT

Continued participation with NCA and Alumni Association with alumni panel and as a "Dinner with 12" hostess. Selected as Alumni Relations Leader for Government, Law, & Policy career trek to Washington, DC.

May 2016 – November 2017, November - January 2019

VOLUNTEER AND FOSTER, EVANSTON ANIMAL SHELTER

Applied veterinary technician experience when caring for and fostering stray, feral, and in-need cats.

Winter 2018

MERIT BADGE DEMONSTRATOR, BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA

Gave demonstration on chemistry experiments and reactions used in annual Halloween show to Scouts and families.

September 2015 - June 2016

VARSITY ROWER, NORTHWESTERN WOMEN'S ROWING

Rowed Fall and Spring seasons. Assumed responsibilities teaching novice rowers.

August 2014-June 2015

TEACHING ASSISTANT, NEW TRIER'S SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP CORPS (SILC)

Co-taught Year 1 Latin to freshmen in special education at New Trier's Northfield Campus for a year.

BOARD MEMBER, SAFE RIDES

Student-run transportation service operating out of Kenilworth Union Church. After volunteering, worked as board member to secure sponsorship and drivers' insurance by Boy Scouts of America.
